Energy reduction

1.減少不必要的出差,通過使用遠程視頻會議系統減少差旅。

2.鼓勵公共交通出行。
Encourage employees to use public transportation.

3.網上發布會:舉辦在線的產品發布會或渠道會議,企業客戶、合作伙伴通過視訊平臺遠程參與,相對比傳統的發布會將大大節約邀請嘉賓參會的差旅費和招待費。
Online conference: hold online product release or channel meeting, and enterprise customers and partners can participate remotely through the video platform, which will greatly save the travel and entertainment expenses of invited guests.

4.通過視頻面對面的初步篩選進行人力資源招聘。

5.鼓勵員工在不需要時關閉設備和照明。

6.辦公室空調的節能利用:夏季辦公樓空調溫度設置于27-28攝氏度;使用空調時關好窗戶;下班前20分鐘關閉辦公室空調。辦公室內的溫度在空調關閉后將持續一段時間。

減少廢物

Waste reduction (ex. recycling)

1.對于收集到的傳單紙張請分類管理,如果不用則賣掉,盡管賣掉它們并不能為公司賺取多少錢,但是幫助它們進入了再循環。
For the collected leaflets, please classify them and sell them if they are not used. Although selling them does not make much money for the company, it helps them recycling.

2.復印、打印紙用雙面,單面使用后的復印紙可再利用空白面影印或裁剪為便條紙或草稿紙。
The copy and print paper should be double-sided. The copy paper used on one side can be used to copy again or cut into note paper or draft paper.

3.組織富余辦公用品回收活動,大家可以整理長期未使用的辦公用品,歸還補充現有庫存減少不必要的新辦公用品采購。
Organize recycling activities of surplus office supplies, you can sort out long-term unused office supplies, return and replenish existing inventory, reduce unnecessary new office supplies procurement.

4.除非必要,盡量不要浪費一次性紙杯等用品。
Try not to waste disposable paper cups and other supplies unless needed.

目標Goals:
1. 到2023年,減少總廢物產生15%。

2. 實施電子回收計劃。

1.建立用水記錄進行監測。

3.張貼節水宣傳標語。
Put up water-saving slogans.

4.定期檢查水箱是否有漏水現象,如有,及時維修。
Check the water tank regularly for leakage. If so, repair it in time.

1.組織新職工培訓,加強安全意識,提高自我保護能力,定期組織安全、急救培訓。

2.完善管理制度,嚴守操作規程,落實各項安全生產防護措施。
Improve the management system, strictly abide by the operating procedures, and implement various safety production protection measures;

3.要配備使用勞動保護用品。

4.職工加班加點工作時,應考慮職工身體承受能力。
When employees work overtime, their physical endurance should be considered.

5.定期對設備進行檢查和維護。

Suppliers standards and policies

供應商分類是對供應商系統管理的重要一部分。它決定著哪些供應商你想開展戰略合作關系,哪些你想增長生意,哪些是維持現狀,哪些是積極淘汰,哪些是身份未定。
Supplier classification is an important part of supplier system management. It determines which suppliers you want to develop strategic partnerships, which you want to grow business, which are to maintain the status quo, which are actively eliminated, and which are not identified.

對供應商按照戰略供應商、優先供應商、考察供應商、消極淘汰、積極淘汰和身份未定供應商分類。Suppliers are classified according to strategic suppliers, preferred suppliers, prescriptive suppliers, exit passive, exit active and undetermined suppliers.

目標Goals:
1.到2030年,通過培訓項目在我們的運營和供應商中嵌入人權意識。
Embed Human Rights awareness through training programs across our operations and suppliers by 2030.

供應商參與/改進計劃

Supplier engagement/improvement programs

每年度對供應商進行考核,要求供應商填寫根源分析和糾正預防措施,根據提出的不良現象以及計劃解決方案等反饋進行調整。
Evaluate the suppliers every year, ask them to fill in the root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures, and adjust them according to the feedback of the proposed adverse phenomena and planned solutions.

目標Goals:
1.將花費最高的50%的供應商加入到一個項目中。
Engage suppliers in the top 50% of spend into a program.
2.在2023年前每年發布一份全球報告倡議(GRI)報告。
Publish a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) report annually by 2023.
